There are currently several plans on the drawing board for developing restuarant space centering around the one-of-a-kind 1924 Pullman train car. We invite any interesed parties to contact us and discuss site potential.
The train car itself is 650 square feet. The decks, handicapped ramps, shared bathrooms, main access and waiting area amount to well over an additional 2000 sq. ft. Projected year round seating occupancy is 75 with an additional 60 seasonal occupancy on the upper deck. A 16′x20′ kitchen could be constructed as shown.
